- Each order is a single purchase. Nothing renews and no card is stored.
- 75 days to return, from delivery.
- The well log names depth, water line, and today's draw. It is not a warranty and not a health claim.
- Texts are voluntary. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
What follows is the agreement between you and GAIA HERBS, INC. (EIN 04-3165780), which trades as GAIA HERBS INC. and operates gravitywellnessco.com. It covers who may buy, what is promised, what is not, and which state's law decides any disagreement.
Scope of this agreement
These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, form the whole of the agreement covering your use of this website and anything you buy through it. They take effect the moment you use the site, place an order or opt in to messages, and they replace anything said elsewhere.
Minimum age
Nothing here is sold to anybody under 18, and nobody under 18 can be added to the text programme. Placing an order is a statement that you are over that age and can enter into a binding agreement.

Sending something back
The return window is 75 days from delivery and it applies whether or not the seal is broken. Start it at well@gravitywellnessco.com. Once the goods arrive back, the refund is put through to the original payment method and clears in 5 to 10 business days. We do not deduct a restocking fee.
Ownership of the content
The text, images, layout and code on this site belong to GAIA HERBS, INC. or to the parties who licensed them to us, and are protected by intellectual property law. Copying, republishing or building something derived from them needs our written permission first.
How far our liability goes
So far as the law allows, GAIA HERBS, INC. is not answerable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss arising from your use of this website or the products bought through it. Whatever we are answerable for is capped at what you actually paid for the product in question.
Jurisdiction
Any question about these terms is decided under North Carolina law and in the courts of North Carolina, without reference to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing here limits the statutory rights you have where you live.

Readings and withdrawals
If the water line or the draw changes, the log is rewritten that morning. The price you were told when the order was confirmed is the price.
